To the editor:
I would like to thank the residents of Gahanna for electing me to serve on the Gahanna-Jefferson board. I take that trust and confidence very seriously and will work hard to see that it is maintained. I also want to express my gratitude to my wife, Lynda, who worked hard on my behalf. It is humbling and encouraging when the one who knows me best believes I am most suited for the job.
I stated during the campaign that the school board is the bridge that connects the community to the school administration and that the concerns of the community need to be clearly advocated and respectfully presented. I meant it. I look forward to continuing the dialogue started during the campaign. Gahanna is a great community, and I am honored to serve.
